Amrit Sharma is Prime Legal Nepal’s founding partner and Director. Mr. Sharma is a full-service civil lawyer specializing in family, criminal, and corporate law.

Mr. Sharma takes a hands-on, team-oriented approach to helping his clients achieve their goals in connection with complex corporate and financial transactions and day-to-day contract, reporting, and compliance requirements.

He specializes in family law, mediating disputes involving court marriage, divorce, custody rights, and partition.

Mr. Sharma has been a successful lawyer for the past 12 years. He excels at pleading cases, writing them, and counseling clients. He has represented clients in the District Court, High Court, and the Supreme Court of Nepal.
